What is white-labeling?
White-labeling means you resell our AI chatbot platform under your own brand. Your clients see your company name, your logo, your colors, and your domain — never ours. It is as if you built the entire platform yourself, but without the engineering cost or maintenance burden.
How do I get started?
Getting started takes three simple steps:
- Sign up — Create your agency account at sellaibots.ai/signup.
- Brand it — Upload your logo, set your colors, and connect your custom domain. This takes under 30 minutes.
- Add clients — Provision client accounts from your dashboard, upload their knowledge base, and deploy a chatbot in minutes.
Can I use my own AI models?
Yes. SellAIBots supports BYOK (Bring Your Own Key). You can connect your own API keys from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other providers. Your keys are stored with AES-256 encryption and can be assigned per client, giving you full control over model selection and costs.
How does billing work for my clients?
You set your own prices. Clients pay you directly through Stripe (subscriptions or usage-based). We charge you a flat wholesale rate. The difference is your profit — typically 85% or more. You keep full control of your pricing strategy and client relationships.
Do I need technical skills to use SellAIBots?
No. The platform is designed for agency owners and marketers, not developers. Everything is managed through point-and-click dashboards. If you do have developers on your team, we also offer a full REST API for custom integrations.
What channels do the chatbots support?
Currently supported channels include embeddable web chat widgets, SMS, and email. We also provide a REST API so you can integrate bots into any custom application or workflow. Additional channels are being added regularly.
Is there a free trial?

How secure is the platform?
SellAIBots runs on Cloudflare enterprise-grade edge network. Client data is fully isolated in a multi-tenant architecture, encrypted at rest and in transit. API keys are stored with AES-256-GCM encryption. We maintain SOC 2 compliant infrastructure with high-availability SLA.
