For monthly subscription plans:
- You may request a pro-rated refund for unused time within the first 30 days of your initial subscription.
- After the first 30 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are issued for partial months after the initial 30-day period.
3. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans:
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial annual subscription purchase.
- After the 30-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel, and your access will continue through the end of the current annual billing period.
- The 30-day guarantee applies only to the initial purchase of an annual plan, not to renewals.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Any subscription after the 30-day refund window has passed.
- Add-on services or one-time purchases, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Usage-based charges that have already been consumed.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately. We encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any billing concerns before filing a dispute with your financial institution.
