Are there any setup fees?
No. Every plan starts with zero setup fees. Plans are billed month to month unless checkout clearly shows another option.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Any price adjustment is shown before the change is confirmed.
What happens if I exceed my client limit?
We will notify you and give you the option to upgrade. We never automatically charge you more.
Do you take a cut of my client revenue?
No revenue share. You keep the margin between what you charge your clients and our flat wholesale platform fee.
Is there a contract?
There is no advertised long-term commitment. Cancellation timing and the effective end date are governed by the Terms of Service, which you can review before subscribing.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing is not advertised here as a standard discount. If an annual option is available at checkout, the exact price and savings will be shown before purchase.
What support is available if a bot has a technical issue or gives incorrect information?
Contact support as soon as you notice a problem. Include the affected client, bot, example conversation, and the change you need. Response and escalation expectations are published in our Service Level Agreement.
