- Step 1: Create a Client Profile in your dashboard.
- Step 2: Select "Voice Agent" from the products list.
- Step 3: Upload the business knowledge base (PDF or Doc) or enter strict instructions.
- Step 4: We generate a specialized phone number.
- Final: Have your client set up Call Forwarding for missed calls to this number.
